Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health statuses, forming the basis for personalized treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-informed and solution-focused modalities to encourage positive behavioral changes and mental health improvements.
• Deliver teletherapy services to ensure that care remains accessible and uninterrupted, especially for clients who prefer virtual sessions.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, supporting them with empathy and professional expertise.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current on the latest mental health practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, creating a trusting relationship with clients and colleagues alike.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage caseloads effectively, balancing therapy delivery with minimal administrative distractions.
• A clean disciplinary history with your licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• A proven track record of conducting therapy for diverse populations, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in providing teletherapy services, demonstrating familiarity with technology and online therapeutic platforms.
• Active involvement in ongoing training or continued education related to mental health practices.
