Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health needs.
• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create effective crisis intervention strategies, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment guidelines.
• Consistency in documentation is key; timely completion of all required paperwork is necessary to meet regulatory standards and ensure high-quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based tools for screening and evaluating client progress, ensuring strategies align with best practice standards.
• Serve as a resource and liaison to local agencies and community partners to strengthen service delivery systems.
• Participate in the ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Proactively seek to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
• Commit to personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings.

• Support the Clinic Director with additional duties as assigned, contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adults dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications
