Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to clients' preferences and goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to reflect their progress and evolving needs.
• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring that services remain accessible to clients who may face physical or logistical barriers to in-person therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
