Logan Mental Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients through telehealth platforms. Work Environment

This is a full-time remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients via teletherapy. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate with a team of professionals who are also working remotely, utilizing modern technology to facilitate communication and support among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting initial intake evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and challenges, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Delivering telehealth-based mental health therapy sessions, including both individual and group formats, employing evidence-based practices to foster client engagement and progress.
• Providing timely crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring clients feel safe and understood during difficult moments.
• Regularly reviewing treatment plans and adjusting strategies based on client feedback and clinical assessments to optimize outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation that adheres to Federal, State, and clinic-specific guidelines, ensuring accountability and effective communication within the therapy team.
• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision and training opportunities to enhance your professional skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele with varying mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with clients of different ages and backgrounds, using your expertise to create inclusive and culturally sensitive treatment approaches that align with their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid Washington State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Exceptional clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and tools, demonstrating comfort in navigating digital platforms to deliver high-quality care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
