Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client, including the creation of crisis response strategies and behavioral support plans.
• Ensure that all documentation is completed promptly and adheres to regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of compliance in telehealth practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to facilitate effective evaluations and treatment approaches as guided by the clinical team.
• Collaborate with various multidisciplinary teams and programs to enhance the implementation of positive behavior support plans, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
• Actively participate in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to maintaining high service quality and professionalism.
• Engage with local community partners, state agencies, and necessary service systems to promote care continuity and resource accessibility for clients.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and support the agency’s mission.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to identify opportunities for partnerships and secure additional funding.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and relevant meetings to stay abreast of industry best practices.
• Promote the mission, values, and principles of Enlightened Life Mental Healthcare in all professional interactions.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is mandatory for practice.
