Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status, history, and individual needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, drawing from evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic methods.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing tailored interventions that promote positive behavioral changes.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients have easy access to care while adhering to all necessary privacy and ethical standards.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating compassion and expertise to address urgent mental health situations effectively.
• Engage in ongoing educational and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy, providing support to clients in a non-judgmental and understanding manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and complete administrative responsibilities in an efficient manner.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, demonstrating integrity and accountability as a mental health professional.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with adult populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote treatment methodologies.
• A background in diverse therapeutic modalities to adapt treatment approaches to individual client needs.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
