Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to assist individuals in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities appropriate for a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for the position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
