Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' concerns and converse with them about treatment options.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapy methods tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, delivering quality emotional and psychological support to clients across various demographics.
• Utilize our teletherapy systems to facilitate virtual sessions, particularly catering to clients facing geographic or mobility constraints.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory requirements, ensuring complete confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions designed to enhance your clinical skills and incorporate new practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar field.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
