Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at assisting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate crisis intervention services when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse adult population seeking assistance with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The clients you serve come from various backgrounds and experiences, which requires a therapist who exhibits compassion, cultural humility, and adaptability in their approach.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A display of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to effectively balance client appointments and administrative responsibilities.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting or clinic environment focused on therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy methodologies.
• Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to meet adults' mental health needs.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent on your caseload.
