Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that address anxiety, trauma, depression, and executive functioning challenges.
• Optional: Facilitate group therapy sessions, couples counseling, or family therapy, customizing sessions based on client dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create integrated treatment plans that address the behavioral, physical, and psychosocial aspects of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base comprises individuals struggling with various mental health issues, including attention-deficit disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. You'll work with a wide range of age groups, from children to adults, making your role crucial in fostering mental wellness within our community. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active Oregon LPC license held for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrating your commitment to the profession.
• Proven experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Familiarity with health psychology and its applications in clinical settings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document clinical notes in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience. Brightpath offers a robust benefits package, including:
