Work Environment

This role is fully remote, providing flexibility in your schedule while working from your home office or preferred environment. Counselors will engage in virtual sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth platforms that are HIPAA compliant to ensure secure communication. In this outpatient setting, counselors will work on an appointment basis, facilitating outpatient therapy sessions that allow clients to discuss their concerns in a comfortable and safe space.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes through a holistic approach.
• Stay engaged with ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and staying informed on the latest research in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will cater to a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to counseling practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or family and couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and experience.
