Work Environment

As a participant in a remote outpatient counseling practice, you will primarily work from your home office. However, you will be part of a tight-knit team that values communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one counseling services addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, tailoring techniques to the client's preferences and clinical needs.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on communication dynamics, dispute resolution, and overall familial health.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific objectives, employing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Offer immediate intervention and support during crisis situations, ensuring client safety and access to emergency resources as needed.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, providing guidance on coping strategies and external resources for continued support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold high standards of ethical practice and professional conduct, consistently ensuring that client confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals affected by anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various life stressors. You will also engage with families and couples seeking improvement in their relational dynamics. With a focus on providing services in an outpatient setting, you will be empowered to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals, employing a client-centered approach that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing effective counseling services across various populations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong ethical foundation and professional conduct, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As part of our fee-for-service model, you will be compensated ahead of collections, to ensure immediate financial reward for your hard work. Additional benefits include:
