Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, history, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement contextually sensitive treatment plans that reflect client individuality and address specific therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methods and remain knowledgeable about the latest counseling methodologies to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Conduct regular reviews of treatment interventions, adapting plans as necessary to maximize client recovery potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed professional counselor at Divine Mercy, you will primarily serve clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a relevant mental health field is required.
• Possession of all necessary state licenses and certifications to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
