Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans that align with the clients' goals and needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document and maintain detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, while using electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and address the complex needs of clients.
• Stay updated with current research in mental health to enhance service delivery, participating in workshops and professional development programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele spans a diverse range of backgrounds and needs, including those facing trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and issues related to family dynamics. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 - 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we offer:
