Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans suited to their needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring clients receive holistic and cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Thorough understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
