Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying informed on the latest advancements in mental health.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• A thorough understanding of legal, ethical, and best practice standards within the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, which is complemented by a range of benefits including a SIGN-ON BONUS, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for additional earnings with uncapped commission potential.
