As an LPC with us, you will earn an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on your hours worked while also benefiting from a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment

This remote position allows you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your home, leveraging state-of-the-art telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions using video conferencing tools, fostering a supportive and safe environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapeutic approaches that meet the individual needs of each client.
• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of your clients’ mental health needs.
• Guide clients in exploring their experiences, feelings, and relationships to foster insight and personal growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and supporting clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to align with your specialties and preferred demographics, providing personalized care that enhances treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are expected, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong computer literacy is necessary to efficiently use telehealth applications and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with solution-focused therapy modalities can be advantageous. Candidates with specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or EMDR will find their skills highly valued.
