Key Responsibilities

• Manage a client caseload, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate trust and engagement.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when applicable, tailoring your approach to their evolving needs.
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect direct input and collaboration from clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes that adhere to legal standards and organizational protocols, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.
• Utilize electronic health record systems and various software tools (such as RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook) to enhance service delivery and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. This role necessitates providing tailored therapeutic interventions that address a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Possession of a current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.
• Strong proficiency with computer systems, including experience in managing Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and communication platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health clinic setting and familiarity with multidisciplinary team approaches are advantageous.
• Proven skills in delivering therapy for a broad range of mental health disorders and life challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

Fortitude Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
