Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client objectives, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Collaborate consistently with interdisciplinary teams for integrated client care, participating in case consultations and team meetings.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards to safeguard client welfare.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
