Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gauge clients’ mental health status and needs effectively.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and foster progress.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing suitable therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia is a must.

Compensation and Benefits
