Key Responsibilities

As an LCPC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to delve into patients' trauma histories and identify the most appropriate treatment strategies.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and therapeutic milestones.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and cultivate healing.
• Providing crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and heard during critical moments.
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance overall recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, securing sensitive information and fostering trust.
• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in trauma-informed care practices.
• Staying informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy, integrating new knowledge into therapy sessions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As part of our commitment to our team, we offer:
