Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, groups, and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, medical staff, and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops and staying current with the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will consist of a wide variety of client backgrounds, including adults, families, and youth facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. By providing compassionate and effective counseling services, you will directly contribute to helping individuals achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois is essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting, is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to apply various therapeutic modalities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
