Position Overview

Crystal Lake Families & Kids Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC). This role allows for flexibility as positions are available in both full-time and part-time capacities, enabling professionals to provide critical mental health services remotely. Work Environment

Our clinic operates on a remote basis, providing flexibility to our staff while fostering a collaborative online environment. The remote setting allows Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors to engage with clients and colleagues via telehealth platforms, ensuring that quality care is accessible irrespective of location. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient intakes focused on diagnostic and functional evaluations, crafting individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs.
• Deliver brief, focused therapeutic interventions that address immediate mental health concerns and empower clients towards sustainable well-being.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients requiring specialized mental health services, ensuring seamless referrals when necessary.
• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to align with evolving health goals.
• Develop relapse prevention strategies and skill development plans to help clients manage their conditions effectively.
• Assist in recognizing at-risk patients, formulating proactive plans to address potential mental health crises.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies and federal regulations.
• Provide educational resources and self-management strategies to encourage full active participation in clients' recovery.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to program development and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Crystal Lake Families & Kids Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is grounded in treating individuals with respect and confidentiality, while delivering culturally competent care tailored to each client’s unique needs, using evidence-based practices to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Proficient understanding of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic methodologies including family and group therapy strategies.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective partnerships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous, enhancing communication with our diverse client base.
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar community-based clinical setting.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare practices, and knowledge of available community resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 87,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. A sign-on bonus will also be provided to successfully hired candidates.
