Work Environment

This role is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across California from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Engage in thorough consultations with patients to uncover their specific mental health issues, utilizing empathetic listening and diagnostic skills.
• Provide tailored counseling and therapeutic interventions, leveraging evidence-based practices to assist clients in managing and resolving their mental health challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health counseling techniques to ensure you are delivering the most effective services.
• Make referrals to additional mental health professionals as necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain a strong rapport with clients throughout the therapeutic process, enriching their experience and fostering trust.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative discussions to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with all state-mandated licenses required for counseling practice.
• Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients to promote trust and openness.

• Experience with maintaining comprehensive clinical records and preparing relevant documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous telehealth experience is highly preferred, demonstrating adaptability to virtual counseling environments.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those coping with trauma, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Be Connected Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and work hours. Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
