Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a telehealth LPCC, you will create a confidential and safe therapeutic space from your home office, adhering to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient privacy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual evaluations and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing rapport and trust from the initial interaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists, to provide integrated counseling and psychotherapy services.
• Monitor client progress and outcomes as part of a team, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement individualized treatment plans that respond to the specific needs of clients.
• Guide families through the complexities of mental health challenges, providing them with valuable information, skills, and support to foster their child's development.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals and families seeking mental health support through telehealth. The patient population may include children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve creating therapeutic alliances that encourage engagement and trust, resulting in meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A current license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience post-licensure is essential, with a focus on psychotherapy and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• While working from home, you should have a dedicated, private workspace that upholds the required standards for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients, families, and other health care professionals.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telehealth settings is a plus, as is expertise in specific evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with the Natural Learning Environment Practices can further enhance your effectiveness in this role, allowing you to tailor interventions that resonate with families.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits, including:
