Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to accurately assess their mental health concerns and needs.
• Provide focused and empathetic counseling sessions aimed at assisting individuals in resolving their mental health issues.
• Stay current with the latest counseling techniques and practices to deliver high-quality care.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals when additional support or resources are necessary.
• Maintain an engaged and supportive presence throughout each patient's counseling journey.
• Document clinical records meticulously and prepare reports that reflect patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to foster holistic patient care.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient clinical settings and familiarity with telehealth practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, along with additional productivity bonuses.
