Livingston Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and talented Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time telehealth role. This position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide essential counseling services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while also safeguarding client records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide a holistic approach to client care, addressing both mental and physical health needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and innovations in mental health care.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote awareness of mental health resources and destigmatize receiving help.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our client population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. By focusing on personalized treatment approaches, you will help empower clients to take proactive steps toward improved mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorder counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using telehealth software and delivering remote therapy sessions is a plus.
