Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health challenges and create personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs based on evidence-based practices, addressing individual goals and specific issues presented by clients.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on skills development, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients, optimizing treatment outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential coping strategies throughout the therapeutic process.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of accurate, confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
