Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focused on specific goals tailored to clients' needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that guide clients toward achieving their therapeutic objectives and improving their overall mental health.
• Assess clients' emotional and mental health needs, employing robust diagnostic skills to identify underlying issues and necessary interventions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, ensuring a safe environment and effective resolution strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and treatment progress while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
