Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client issues and history, establishing a strong foundation for work.
• Engage in detailed conversations to gather patient history, focusing on their family dynamics and relational challenges.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including structural and narrative therapy, that align with client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate psychoeducation and relationship counseling tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Document patient progress meticulously, using electronic health records to ensure accurate tracking of treatment outcomes and ongoing adjustments to plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who are facing relational issues, emotional distress, and other psychological challenges. Our diverse patient population includes children, adolescents, and adults, enabling you to apply a wide range of therapeutic approaches that can be adapted to varying levels of complexity and need. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Washington State.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience, providing hands-on expertise in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits
