Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster a comfortable environment for open dialogue.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders in individual and group settings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and life circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal growth.
• Continually assess and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and clinical observations.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide referrals and coordinate care when specialized services are required.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices in therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees benefit from:
