Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to address a wide range of relationship dynamics.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster communication and resolve conflicts within families.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that may involve assessing clients’ mental health needs, implementing interventions, and adapting strategies as necessary.
• Monitoring progress and outcomes, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive evaluations and follow-up care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position will have the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
