Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, enabling accessible treatment from the comfort of client homes.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans and maintain detailed progress notes in accordance with best practices.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, selecting clients based on your specialties and availability while ensuring timely and productive sessions.
• Facilitate coordination of care with other healthcare providers, participating in optional clinical team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment approaches.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and ethical standards within telehealth service delivery to maintain a high level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, primarily consisting of individuals, couples, and families seeking support with relational dynamics, stress management, and mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic alliances while addressing complex emotional challenges in a culturally competent manner. As an integral part of our team, you will help empower clients to foster deeper connections and navigate their personal journeys with resilience.

Qualifications

• A valid, full LMFT license issued by the state of Arizona, ensuring compliance with state regulations and therapeutic standards.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in delivering therapy via video, demonstrating comfort and confidence with virtual platforms.
• Exemplary time management, communication, and documentation skills to ensure effective session management and compliance with regulatory standards.
• A secure and private home workspace with reliable high-speed internet access, conducive to maintaining client confidentiality.
• A genuine passion for relational work and systemic therapy, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered approaches and holistic treatment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy, specifically in areas relating to marriage and family dynamics.
• Experience utilizing telehealth for delivering clinical services, adapting techniques to suit an online environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload management options.
