Light of Love Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients through compassionate and respectful interactions.
• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals and groups, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on enhancing interpersonal relationships and coping strategies.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including referral to specialists, to enhance the continuum of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a remote therapeutic role is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our benefits package includes:
