Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions focusing on couples, families, and individuals.
• Assessing and developing treatment plans for clients dealing with various issues, including alcohol abuse, grief, conflict resolution among family members, and adjustment disorders related to separation or divorce.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients through processes of reconciliation, coping strategies, and improving family communication.
• Maintaining detailed records of each client’s progress to ensure the ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness and adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care for complex cases involving both mental and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults grappling with family dynamics and personal challenges. Our focus includes individuals facing significant life transitions, such as separation and divorce, as well as families seeking to address deeper underlying issues affecting their relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect and engage with clients.

Preferred Experience

We welcome both newly licensed and experienced professionals. Preferred candidates will have experience treating:

• Family conflicts and relationship issues.
• Grief and loss concerns.
• Adjustment to life changes and transitions.
• Clinical practice with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
