Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a trusting therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, formulating effective, individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is a mandatory requirement.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
