Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a trusting, therapeutic rapport with patients, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual patient needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating input from clients to address their unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, effectively leading discussions that promote personal insight and mutual support among participants.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies based on their changing needs and responses.
• Collaborate with, and refer clients to, other specialists when required to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in addiction counseling, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with substance use disorders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and dual diagnoses is highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
