Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will work primarily with a diverse array of clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Our client base is composed of stable individuals with low to moderate acuity issues, allowing you to focus on fostering healing and wellness. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current full licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Absence of any disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload. Additionally, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. We provide a patient self-pay system that alleviates the need for reporting to funding sources, allowing you to concentrate fully on patient care.
