Position Overview

Work Environment

This role is primarily based in a remote setting, with the opportunity to serve clients both online and in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, ensuring each client's unique needs are addressed.
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific circumstances of each client, integrating evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic strategies.
• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in their recovery, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Track client progress through continuous assessment and provide necessary referrals to specialists when further intervention is warranted.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and participate in case reviews, sharing insights and updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseload and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health clinic setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools that facilitate remote counseling.
• Experience in specialized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefit package includes:
