Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on detailed clinical assessments of clients' mental health needs.
• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team discussions to ensure coherent and integrated treatment approaches across various counselors, healthcare providers, and specialists.
• Monitor the progress of clients, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and encouraging ongoing participation in their mental health care.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as counseling and psychotherapy to guide clients in navigating personal challenges and behavioral health concerns.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and community resources to support clients, particularly youths, in achieving their emotional and academic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess valid LCSW licensure to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
