Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique challenges of each client, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized therapeutic techniques.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members to create a cohesive treatment strategy that addresses the holistic needs of clients, including engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Staying current with advancements in the field of social work and mental health by engaging in continuous learning and integration of new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your ability to empathize with and understand these challenges will be crucial in building trust and fostering recovery in your clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice practices, and ethical standards in clinical work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance service delivery efficiency.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary team settings, particularly in a collaborative treatment model.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
