Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients navigating mental health and substance abuse challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-based psychotherapy techniques, to facilitate recovery and support patients’ mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an LCSW will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and those in crisis. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
