Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and treatment needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s situation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mental health disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement effective treatment plans that align with client goals, preferences, and best practices in mental health care.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.
• Empower clients and their families by educating them about diagnoses, therapeutic options, and medication management, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health care.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, enabling clients to gain insights into their conditions while fostering community support and connection.
• Advocate for clients by helping them understand their rights and navigating the mental health system, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed for their recovery journey.
• Contribute to discharge planning meetings and follow-up assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by various mental health conditions. You will provide support to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and addiction. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for qualified candidates.
