Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and formulate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), enabling clients to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to create a comprehensive support system tailored to each client's unique journey toward healing.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share knowledge and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, helping them make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to high academic standards.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Proficient understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to adapt your therapeutic interventions to meet each client's needs effectively.
