Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy rooted in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapeutic professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation courses, and support groups, leveraging peer interactions to promote healing and resilience.
• Respond to crises with appropriate interventions, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, maintaining adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges unique to their circumstances. This includes navigating issues related to stress, trauma, mental health illnesses, and coping strategies. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your professional competency and commitment to best practices in the field.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or outpatient settings, showcasing your ability to apply therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies relevant to outpatient mental health care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a remote environment is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency with teletherapy tools and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
