Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Engaging with clients through video sessions to provide counseling, support, and therapeutic interventions.
• Utilizing our platform’s integrated systems to document client progress with minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus more on patient care.
• Managing your caseload effectively, with flexibility to determine your working hours - whether that means just a few sessions a week or a full-time engagement of over 40 hours.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for our clients, enhancing their recovery from detox processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you'll work with a diverse clientele seeking support primarily within the detox context. All clients are pre-screened for stability and are categorized as low acuity, ensuring you can focus on delivering quality care without the pressures of high-risk emergencies. This approach fosters a nurturing environment conducive to recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Virginia, with no disciplinary actions reported on your license.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor to interact effectively with clients, their families, and administrative personnel.
• A dedicated, private workspace compliant with teletherapy regulations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
