Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mohawk Trail Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and personal resources.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, which encompass specific therapeutic goals and strategic interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Coordinating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Providing crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments to ensure safety and effective management of acute psychological situations.
• Maintaining meticulous and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal practices.
• Facilitating psychoeducational classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions that empower clients and foster peer support.

Qualifications
