Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans adhering to best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to address various mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to leverage collective insights for improved therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, strategies for coping, and available resources to empower them on their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to enhance service delivery and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them set and achieve their treatment goals while navigating the complexities of their situations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience, specifically focused on psychotherapy, is essential.
• Proficient in solution-focused therapy and a strong understanding of various therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience
