Work Environment

This is a full-time, fully remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any location where you can maintain confidentiality and a professional environment. You can choose to work as few as 5 hours per week or build up a substantial caseload of over 40 hours a week, depending on your availability and interest.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy sessions to clients remotely, using video conferencing tools.
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Maintaining a minimal paperwork workload, allowing you to prioritize client care above administrative tasks, with our platform managing documentation.
• Utilizing our comprehensive library of therapy tools and resources to enhance session efficacy and client engagement.
• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continually refine your therapeutic skills and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will focus on a diverse population seeking mental health support in Florida. Clients are pre-screened and categorized as stable with low acuity, assuring you can dedicate your efforts to those who can benefit most from timely and effective intervention. You will have the autonomy to select the types of client demographics you wish to focus on, enhancing your experience and efficiency in practice.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for professional interactions with clients and their families.
• Comfortable working independently from home and demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your therapeutic approach.
• A designated area in your home to conduct sessions that complies with privacy and confidentiality standards.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience are highly encouraged to apply:

• Prior experience managing a caseload in a remote setting.
• Dual or multi-state certification.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide a significant sign-on bonus available when you begin seeing clients within the first two weeks of onboarding.
