Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gauge patients' mental health status, including defining strengths, challenges, and recovery needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, applying modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address individual patient concerns.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans, ensuring that treatment goals align with patients’ unique preferences and needs.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide education about diagnoses, treatment options, and the complexities of mental health medications.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the specific dynamics and challenges of each group.
• Play an active role in the treatment planning process, working alongside the treatment team to create personalized strategies that promote positive health outcomes.
• Guide patients through the often-complex mental health system, advocating on their behalf to ensure their rights and needs are addressed.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
